Smart Stack Impact, a leading PR company in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate colleagues
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and assist with conference room bookings
• Assist in preparing and distributing internal and external communications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
