SalaryReceptionist duties include:
Welcoming patients upon arrival, ensuring updated medical and insurance forms, answering phone calls in a warm and compassionate manner, scheduling appointments, some insurance work, and collecting co-payments.
The best candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, and be able to complete tasks on time working alone or with other team members while having a positive attitude.
Previous dental experience with EagleSoft is preferred, but will train the right candidate if they possess the qualities that will make them a valuable part of our team.
