Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

Evolve Counseling Services has an opening for a part-time Marketing Coordinator. This position will be a remote position. Some travel may be required. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining practice marketing materials, practice marketing support, maintaining and updating web content, assisting with managing and content creation for social media platforms, assisting with outreach to other providers for professional connection, providing SEO support, as well as miscellaneous projects for the practice.

At Evolve Counseling Services, we’re searching for a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with practice goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g. habits, trends and preferences)
• Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
• Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
• Track progress with practice owners
• Identify and analyze competitors
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
• Manage social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Develop content creation and design for social media platforms
• Assist with SEO implementation
• Collaborate with the practice owners to produce promotional materials
• Organize promotional activities for new services
• Conduct outreach and create lists of other professionals and practices to connect with professionally
• Assist in preparing marketing materials for health fairs
• Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
• Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
• Familiarity with Canva and other design platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Knowledge of the field of mental health preferred

Evolve Counseling Services is a small counseling practice in Paoli, PA. We provide individual and group counseling to adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma and postpartum mood disorders. We are looking for a passionate, dynamic coordinator to add to our growing team.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $21.54 - $25.94 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
