- Greets and checks-in patients with the kindness, respect and dignity.
- ·Responsible for conveying a professional image.
- Enters demographics, insurance, co-pays and patient payments as appropriate with accuracy.
- Proficient in making appointments, answering the phone, taking messages and giving routine medical information.
- Oversees the Front Desk and reception area to help the office run smoothly.
- Opens/Closes the office and prepares for daily activity.
- Must possess a pleasant personality, patience, tactfulness, confidence and enthusiasm.
- Must possess organization skills and have the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to prioritize the daily activities of the position.
- Must be willing to work as a team member.
- Must have the willingness and ability to handle difficult situations.
- Must have excellent communication and coordination among the Care Team.
