Role Description:
We are looking for someone friendly and ambitious who can proudly represent themselves as the face of LVT. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will manage our Front Desk on a daily basis, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and participate as a member of People Operations, assisting with parties, our swag store, and more! Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and stock the break room with snacks
- Update calendars, schedule meetings, and facilitate needs of important meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Assist in managing the swag store
- Participate in planning, setting up, running, and clean up of company events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- You are the face of the company. As such, it is required that you are charismatic, energetic, professional, and enthusiastic.
- Organizational skills
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Foster a customer service attitude
- Can prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable Vehicle
- High School Diploma or GED
