This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you’ll do
- Creates go-to-market plans for seasonal brand priorities, frequently co-creating with partners inside and outside of own business group
- Drive business cases that serve behaviors based in consumer needs
- Translates go-to-market plans into actionable campaign briefs
- Manages large scope of category partnerships to thread in brand campaigns, setting clear expectations for inclusion and managing through feedback
- Oversees creative development across owned and paid media channels
- Partner with eComm to develop dotcom experiences that deliver on strategy and business objectives
- Manage significant scope of project details, warranting strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize the work
- Understand implications and ability to identify potential solutions to road blocks
- Recommends and implements process improvements
- 5+ years of experience working in marketing, strategy, advertising, communications or merchandising
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading campaigns from strategy through execution
- 2+ years of experience working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Exemplifies inclusive and collaborative leadership
- Retail or national brand experience
- Experience leveraging data and insights to drive a strategy
- Ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
