Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with project coordination and office tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
- Assist with event planning and coordination as required
Skills:
- Excellent computer literacy
- Previous experience working at a Front Desk or in an office setting preferred
- Familiarity with automotive vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to transcribe information accurately
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
