Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointments, ensuring streamlined scheduling and precise record-keeping.
- Handle phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Upsell products and services at check-in and check-out.
- Collaborate with therapists to optimize the overall client experience.
- Maintain an organized and inviting reception area.
- Experience with Vagaro is a +++!
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in receptionist roles.
- Enthusiasm for wellness and the massage therapy industry.
- Assist with scheduling at company events and vendor booths.
- Collaborate with therapists to gather client testimonials and success stories for use in marketing materials.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
