Premier of West Palm Beach is an established dental practice in West Palm Beach, Florida looking for a Front Desk Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information for billing purposes
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
- Follow established protocols for handling medical records and maintaining patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental office setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Experience with Eaglesoft
Schedule:
- Monday and Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday and Thursday 7:45am - 6:00pm
- Friday 7:45am - 3:00pm
- Saturday 8:45am - 4:00pm
