We are looking for someone who can take on multiple tasks at once, be independent, but follow instructions, work with deadlines and have a great overall attitude. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, cover the Front Desk
- Answer and direct calls
- Schedule sample pickups
- Place orders
- Assist in AR and AP
- Keep client database and files current
- Client correspondence
- Perform other various administrative duties as support to other staff members
- Call past due accounts
Qualifications:
- High school degree or higher
- Exceptional communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliability
- Excellent phone presence
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks helpful
- Must be able to type fast with high degree of accuracy
- Must be able to work immediately.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
