Front Desk Receptionist

United is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will also take and make orders with customers and vendors. This is a reception desk position in our lobby which involves answering the door and greeting guests.

Job Duties

• Answering the phone.
• Creating and scheduling shipments with UPS and freight.
• Taking orders from customers over the phone or through email.
• Placing orders with vendors / suppliers.
• Unlocking the front door and greeting guests.
• Calling customers and vendors about orders.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Microsoft Office & Outlook or similar programs.
• QuickBooks Online experience a plus.

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
