Qualifications
• A valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record and access to a reliable personal vehicle is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential requirements.
• The ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions is key.
• Candidates must be either already licensed in Real Estate or actively preparing to take the exam.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is mandatory.
