Job description
Lead the transformation of Digital Activation and marketing lead management processes to align with business needs and market dynamics. Develop and implement best-in-class marketing and lead management capabilities, including defining processes, roles, KPIs, and technology requirements. Drive full integration, change management and collaboration between marketing and sales teams to manage and convert contacts, leads, MQLs, and sales opportunities effectively.Build and govern global Digital Activation initiatives and campaign blueprints, including account-based marketing strategies, to drive conversion rates and customer lifetime value.Collaborate with multiple markets, businesses, and functions simultaneously to execute Digital Activation initiatives and campaigns effectively. Utilize cloud marketing automation tools and BI platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, Eloqua/Oracle) to optimize campaign performance and drive insights.Manage complex multi-channel B2B and B2C CRM or digital marketing campaigns with multiple stakeholders and geographies involved.
