Metabolic Research Center is looking for and Exceptional, Reliable and Professional part-time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, organized, and professional. Responsibilities and Requirements
- Previous Reception or Front Desk experience required
- Minimum of 1 years sales and cash handling experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or other support role in a professional business environment
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about living a healthy lifestyle and a desire to inspire and motivate others
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Provide high level of customer service to clients
- Greet clients in a timely, professional and engaging manner
- Capable of multi-tasking and can coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people
- Love of brainstorming, problem-solving, being creative and resourceful
- Proven ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail
- Positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm for the Metabolic community and people
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Intermediate-level experience of MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, MailChimp and Canva is a plus!
- Possesses a passion for a healthy, active lifestyle
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes in a fast paced environment
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Professional appearance is essential
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
