Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated, dependable person for a fast-growing, fast-paced Medical Wellness Spa. We offer popular treatments such as semaglutide weight loss programs, estrogen and testosterone treatments, Botox, filler injections, and we continue to add new services regularly.
We are looking for someone interested in a long-term, full time position.
Qualifications:
- Someone who is dependable and prompt, dedicated to attendance.
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently, and as a member of a team, with an ability to jump in and assist where needed.
- An individual with a strong work-ethic, and someone who is detail-oriented with an ability to focus on the task at hand while also able to cycle between multiple tasks as needed.
- Professional person able to be discreet and sensitive when speaking with patients about their needs, on the phone, online and in person.
- Someone open to constructive feedback, and willing to positively adjust to changing policy and procedures.
Beneficial Experience (not required):
- Sales Experience an asset
- Previous Spa or Med Spa experience
- 3 years of Customer Service
- Technology Skills
Responsibilities:
- Welcome all patients in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide excellent, friendly and informed customer service on the phone, by text and through email.
- Keep an accurate schedule and follow check in procedures to be certain patients have an enjoyable spa experience.
- Provide administrative and clerical assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the medical spa.
- Complete all duties with a high level of accuracy and in an efficient manner, making sure to attend to all necessary duties promptly, throughout the day.
- Check voicemails, return calls, answer inbound calls/ text messages for scheduling and make outbound calls, emails, and text messages for patient scheduling, follow up, and retention.
- Prepare all invoices for patient check out and initiate rebooking.
- Prepare patient charts, consents, and documentation for treatments a day in advance
- Act as a liaison between the patient and clinical team by keeping the lines of communication open and flowing for an excellent patient experience
- Complete end of day cash and close out procedures and reports.
- Updating and uploading medical charts and client information.
- Assist with requested inventory and product ordering as needed
- Preparing, cleaning and sanitizing rooms and equipment throughout the day.
- Be willing to take on other duties as required.
Benefits/Compensation:
- $18-20 Starting Pay Full Time/Part Time
- Mainly Weekdays with every second Saturday as a requirement
