Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist with order entry and processing.
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in project coordination and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of Google Suite or similar office productivity tools.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or office clerk is a plus.
