Front Desk Receptionist and Office Assistant
START ASAP - Up to $25.00 per hour
As Front Desk Receptionist and Office Assistant you will:
- Answer the main phone line
- Screen and transfer calls as appropriate
- Take and distribute messages
- Provide basic information to callers upon request
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Monitor the general email inbox
- Make updates to lists, spreadsheets and customer account information
- Perform additional document review, document control and document processing activities
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Create routine and special correspondence
- Provide clerical support for accounting processes
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Reception / Receptionist experience
- Communication and phone skills
- Administrative Support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
