SalaryThe Oregon Gymnastics Academy, a non-profit gymnastics facility in Beaverton, is looking to hire a Front Desk representative. Applicants must be outgoing, approachable, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. The position is heavily based in client interaction, so proven customer service skills as well as an energetic disposition are essential. Part-time or full time hours available. This position will require weekday afternoon / evening shifts ranging from 3:00pm-8:45pm and weekends ranging from 8:45am-3:45pm. Preferred days of availability are Wednesday through Sunday. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide excellent customer service including communication and problem solving skills
Maintain and provide up-to-date information regarding all of OGA’s programming
Maintain accurate and timely information in OGA’s database for all programming
Completion of all Front Desk daily tasks
Answer phones
Cash management
Retail sales and organization
REQUIREMENTS
At least one year of front office (Front Desk) experience
Cash handling experience
Multi-line phone system experience
Basic computer skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
First Aid/CPR Certification required for all OGA employees ( we will provide)
Covid Vaccine mandate for all staff
