Front Desk Receptionist

Modern Roofing LLC is a company with 15+ years of experience in roofing. We are searching for an experienced full-time Front Desk Receptionist who can be the face of our company. Modern Roofing needs an outgoing personality to greet our customers and staff daily while completing their tasks in an organized timely manner. QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must have 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist to apply.

· Previous experience in a customer service environment.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to multi-task.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Knowledge and experience with a Windows-based computer system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answering phone calls in a friendly tone.

· Greet customers and staff daily.

· Office organization (tidy up).

· File Claims to the insurance company.

· Returning all calls, texts, emails, and missed calls promptly.

· Call on supplements daily.

· Obtaining scope of work.

· Requesting re-inspections.

· Following up on back-end checks after completion of the job.

· Putting together folders.

· Copies.

· Updating spreadsheets.

· Customer reviews after completion of job.

· Thank you notes to our valued customers.

· Ordering supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• No nights
• Weekends as needed
