Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and order entry
- Assist with project coordination and clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical receptionist procedures is a plus
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
