Growing DFW-based restaurant group seeks an Exec. Chef that runs a very tight ship, and adheres to top food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures.
Also, must be fun, energetic, and approachable, with great controls/time management and organizational skills. Ability to take and give constructive criticism, and a desire to learn, grow, and be the best at what they do.
