Description & Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Maintaining office supplies, inventories, equipment, and common area
- Handling shipments and mails
- Assisting and coordinating company events
- Administrative support across the teams in the office
Requirements:
- Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills
- Previous work experience with customer/people interaction
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
