Front Desk Receptionist

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general information to clients or visitors regarding office policies and procedures
- Assist with office management tasks as needed

```Qualifications```
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
