Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding services and facilities
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- verify insurance, billing, treatment plan presentation , collect co-pay , recall
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent project coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of written materials
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Typing speed of {insert typing speed} words per minute
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
