Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and maintain databases
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.63 - $21.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
