The Bayfront Inn is currently looking for individuals with the desire to serve. As a Guest Service Associate you are the face of the Company and the welcoming committee for our guests during their stay. The hours we are looking to fill would be 3 pm - 11 pm but also with flexibility to work a 7 am -3 pm shift if needed. If you enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, then this position will suit you just fine. This is a year round full time position with great benefits.

What you will be doing:

• Greet guests & provide a warm welcome
• Be involved in every aspect of our Guest’s experience from reservations to check in/out
• Create a memorable arrival and departure experience
• Personalize service, anticipating our guests needs
• Respond to internal and external guest requests by email, phone and fax
• Turn challenges into opportunities with innovative and creative problem-solving

Who we’re looking for:

· Service professionals - In this role, providing warm, welcoming and amazing service to our guests has to be your thing.

· Curator’s of Confab - You must love talking to people and being in the middle of it all.

· Communication all stars – Perhaps you are a mind reader, but we sure aren’t. You’ll need to communicate early and often so we can work together to be our best selves.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
