Citizens Care Center is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist - 2:45 PM to 8:15 PM, approximately 20 hours/week which includes an every other weekend requirement.

Summary:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support serving as Front Desk Receptionist and Concierge. We seek excellent customer service and a welcoming personality.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

• Answers, screens and directs telephone calls to appropriate individual or department in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Utilizes paging system for efficient communication
• Monitors entrances and grants building access
• Provides cordial reception to all visitors and directs them accordingly
• Enforces visitation policies and procedures by maintaining visitor log; issues and monitors use of visitor badges
• Maintains constant surveillance of assigned areas providing maximum visibility by monitoring CCTV cameras and reports all security matters to Security Guard on duty
• Responsible for maintaining a current patient roster and emergency telephone list
• May perform / administer Covid-19 testing to visitors/staff as needed
• Responsible for sorting mail accurately and timely
• Responsible for booking conference rooms
• Maintains confidentiality at all times

· Promotes positive image of our facility to residents, guests, families and the community

· Protects the privacy of residents, guests and employees

· Requires excellent verbal and written communications skills, and a professional demeanor

· Projects good judgment and performs all duties satisfactorily while prioritizing projects as assigned

· Able to work with frequent interruptions

· Exhibits excellent customer service skills and attention to detail

· Possesses good working knowledge of computers and security-related software
