SUMMARY:

The UGC Creator supports the ideation, execution and delivery of strategic content for Beauty Creations social media channels. Reporting to the CEO & Social Media Coordinator, the UGC Creator will support the BC sales team in Marketing asset delivery to other countries and partners, curate photoshoots and videos with the CEO, brainstorm new content strategies with the social team, identify models (non influencers) for photoshoots, manage the Creative photo room and create select content in partnership with Social Media team based on needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day to day management:

Reporting to the CEO & Social Media Coordinator, the UGC Creator will partner closely with cross functional teams (mainly the Social Media team) to design and produce successful, creative social content with a focus on UGC, maximizing opportunities for engagement and brand building. This role will also serve as the bridge between the BC Sales team and Marketing and will work closely with the Shopify Coordinator to receive images and content to be delivered across the various countries and outside vendors who buy from Beauty Creations.

• Partner with the Social Media Coordinators to strategize special content to support launches and campaigns
• Oversees the Photo Room and keeps things running smoothly and organized within that space
• Researches new technology to create the most compelling and professional content for use on Social Media and the Company Website.
• Develops, concepts, plans and executes media assets (in partnership with the Social Media team)
• Responsible for editing and creating the bi-weekly Beauty Creations VLOGS for the Social Media teams
• Produces and coordinates videos, photoshoots, graphics, and other multimedia content that is fresh, compelling and inspires core audiences to engage in consumer journey.
• Stays current with industry/advertising/cultural trends.
• Work in close partnership with outside Content Production teams to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met, and within budget.
• Collaborates effectively with designers, copywriters, consumer engagement and product marketing teams to craft brand and content strategy.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficient in UGC video creation.
• Understands all social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills and creative mindset.

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Mon.-Thurs. 8am-5pm/ Fri. 8am-3pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
