Position Overview:
- This is a full-time position that consists of phone reception, patient check-in and check-out, as well as appointment setting.
- Must be familiar with medical terminology and insurance.
- Must have the ability to use initiative to solve problems to the patients' satisfaction.
- Absolutely must be a team player with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience is preferred.
- Strong Front Desk abilities, with ability to multi-task.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills.
- Be detail-oriented.
- Efficient at multi-tasking.
- Have the ability to meet with patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Athena's EMR experiences are a plus.
Primary duties include:
- Speaking with patients on the phone.
- Scheduling patient exams, and appointments.
- Switch board experience a plus, must answer a multi line phone system.
- Greeting patients and other business associates, and providing a variety of Front Desk administrative duties as needed.
- This position will be crossed trained to perform check in and check out.
Job Details:
- Salary will depend on experience.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Pay: $30,000 - $35,000 annually.
