Front Desk Receptionist

Busy GYN practice looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for our new Decatur location. We are looking for very outgoing, bubbly, and highly motivated individuals to help take care of our patients.

Job duties include:

• Answering multiple phone lines
• Checking patients in and out
• Sending and receiving medical records
• Collecting a daily deposit
• Keeping the office stocked
• Other duties as assigned

Multi-tasking and being able to stay positive is key!

The position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (or until the last patient leaves). No weekends or holidays!!!
