Responsibilities
- Managing the Front Desk
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Greet visitors
- Answer questions
- Provide admin support to various departments
- Control visitor traffic and access to office
- Receive envelopes and packages
- Other clerical duties as assigned
- Qualified candidates must be dependable and timely, have a minimum 2-year stable job history.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with escalated customer service.
- Present a very professional appearance and demeanor.
- Display high attention to detail.
