Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist/ Stretch Practitioner
Looking for an enthusiastic, customer service oriented Front Desk Receptionist. This person will be the first impression for all those who enter our facility. A key component to helping the business run effeciently.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Welcoming guests and maintaining customer relationships
Coordinating customer appointments
Answering Phone, emails, and system text messages
Directing Messages to Management
Helping maintain a clean and inviting facility
Genrating report list for customer contact
Filling in as Stretch Practicioner when needed (overflow and substitution)
Qualifications:
Excellent Communicator
1-2 years experience in like position
Competent in Mac IOS usage, Microsoft Office, Excel
Time Management and Task Oriented
Conflict Resoution and Problem Solving.
Positive Attitude and Reliable.
Requirements:
Available to work 7am-12pm Monday- Friday.
Fitness Background 2 years+
Must attend Stretch Practicion Training (1 week, paid training, out of town, dates TBD)
Stretch Practicioner time includes Stretch Bonus Pay for appointments serviced
$5/ 30min appointment on top on hourly rate.
