SalarySeeking responsible, outgoing, detail oriented individuals to fill the part time position of Front Desk Receptionist at established West Omaha dance studio. Preferred candidates should be welcoming, a self-motivated individual, enjoy working with children and be able to communicate professionally with parents. Individual should be familiar with Microsoft Office & Excel, Google programs, basic email and internet. A general knowledge of dance is a plus, but not required. Duties include daily opening and closing, answering phone calls, communicating with clients, collecting payments and light cleaning.
Position hours vary with the season. School-year season hours (August-May) are Monday-Thursday 3:30-9:30 pm, and Saturdays 7:30 am- 1:30 pm. Summer hours (June-July) are Monday-Thursday 3:30-9 p.m., with the option to work day camp morning shifts. Days of work can be flexible and arranged with other receptionists with notice.
