SalaryYour responsibilities:
- Greet visitors at reception desk in a professional and pleasant manner with a smile
- Receive incoming calls and ensures questions and needs are directed to appropriate person
- Scheduling appointments for student salon and spa services.
- Notifying students and admissions when guests arrive for their appointments.
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks for intake forms, service tickets, guest forms
Required skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers, and basic typing skills
- Flexibility with schedule including availability to work evenings.
- Must enjoy working with people
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
