Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Front Desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple individuals
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Transcribe meeting minutes or other important documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
