Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a reliable receptionist to work Front Desk and or medical assistant on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative/customer service tasks. You must have experience with EMR and working in an office setting. Current office sites- Millville, Sicklerville, Mays Landing and Vineland.

· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone

· Check in patients / schedule appointments

· Confirm appointments

· Collect copays

· Verify insurances

· Maintain professionalism

· Have a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time
