Mission + Market is a chef driven contemporary American restaurant owned and operated by chef Ian Winslade. Chef Ian is also the chef/partner at Tre Vele a modern Italian restaurant in Sandy Springs and Zakia, an upscale modern Lebanese restaurant in Buckhead

Job Summary:
Our server assistants are an integral part of our service team striving to provide genuine hospitality and a memorable experience. Our service style is warm, personalized, professional and attentive.
Server Assistant Responsibilities:
● Support the captain/server
● Pre-bus and bus tables
● Reset tables
● Mark each table with proper flatware and glassware throughout the meal
● Clear and crumb between each course, and as needed
● Refill guests’ water throughout their experience
● Restock service areas
● Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant
Required Experience:
Minimum 1 year working in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
Must have good understanding of fine dining and service procedures and functions
The ability to provide to take direction and coaching
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment that adheres to very high standards
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Open availability
