We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerical Support. As a Clerical Support, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
