Healthwin is seeking a Part-time Receptionist. The ideal candidate will bring a responsible and dedicated work ethic to this position.
Job Definition:
Operates switchboard console and performs miscellaneous clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, etc. Greets and assists visitors, residents, and employees with information regarding the facility and directs them to the appropriate departments and/or individuals. Supervises and manages the Front Desk operations, including the use of office equipment. Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment, under minimal supervision.
This position is a part-time position:
· On-call
· Hours/days will vary
· Weekends & holidays required
· 12 - 15 hours per week
This position would be great for a college student or retired individual who does not require a set schedule or many working hours.
