Purpose: Ensure delivery of the company’s brand promise by implementing all processes consistently for making sure all patients arrive for all their scheduled appointments and all patient payments due are collected at time of service.
Job Responsibilities :
Comply with Company policies and procedures, federal/state legal requirements
Make a great impression to New, Current, and Past patients
Answer all phone calls with a SMILE and respond immediately to all voicemails
Track all Incoming Leads
Convert >90% incoming leads to new patients
Book appointments and keep the schedules full
Complete patient intake and accurately enter patient data in WebPT same day
Collect Payments from patients and insurance companies and print and reconcile daily payment log
Facilitate and ensure completion of benefits verification and insurance authorizations before 1st visit and as needed
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of reception, workspace, and office
Effective communication with patients, managers, and coworkers
Manage records and correspondence for the clinic
Attend and participate actively in weekly staff meetings
Assist therapists as needed
Other duties as directed by the clinic owner, and administrator

Required:
- You must be able to reach, bend, walk, lift up to 30 lbs., use five finger manipulation over extended periods and stand and sit for prolonged periods of time.
- 1 year of general experience-Experience in Physical Therapy Office Setting preferred
