Front Desk/ Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in clerical tasks, and be able to work independently.

Duties:
- Greet and check-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding company services, policies, and procedures
- Schedule appointments for providers
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

- Works closely with office manager

Hours:

- Monday through Thursday 11am to 5pm

- Friday 10am to 4pm

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning electronic health records system
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Knowledge of mental behavioral health is a plus

This is a part-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
