Job Duties include -
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
- Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Do Inventory and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Experience a Plus -
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to upsell and promote products to increase sales revenue
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
