Front Desk Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Front Desk
- Answer incoming calls and schedules appointments along with answering any questions
- Provide information and assistance to guests and employees
- Manage the office area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Handle mail and packages, including sorting and distributing them, and shipping
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as sending images and videos to clients, emails, text message, and social media posting
- Perform SneakPeek testing (on the job training provided)
- Attend local fairs or events (once or twice per year max. Paid meals. Local)
-Visit local OB/GYN offices
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a medical assistant or receptionist preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment (Apple products)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
