We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. ```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with various office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Familiarity with calendar management software is an asset
