SalaryWe are a small but busy allergy/asthma practice at Dowell Springs. Our ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of medical reception experience. The candidate should be able to multitask, have excellent customer service and communication skills. be flexible, dependable and is detail oriented.
This position is part time with approximately 20-24 hours per week. Additional hours available if coverage is needed for vacations.
Monday & Tuesday 9:00 AM-4 or 4:30 PM
Thursday- 9:00 AM-5:30 or 6 PM
Some of the duties include: Answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments (EMR), Patient check-out, insurance verification, patient reminders. Will cross train for check-in.
