Salary10 Wilmington Place is looking for a professional and outgoing individual to work our Front Desk area as a part-time every other weekend 1st shift and 2 days a week on 2nd shift.
It is expected this individual possesses 1 year of Reception/Front Desk experience. The candidate MUST have proven experience.
Duties and Expectations Include:
Individual must be able to handle multiple issues.
Should be able to maintain calm in an emergency.
Must be highly organized, quick thinking and able to take direction
Must be able to communicate in a clear, intelligent and polite manner both verbally and written
Individual will greet visitors, assist residents, answer incoming calls via a multi-line telephone system.
Screen incoming visitors/staff for Covid-19
Accepts navigate deliveries and assists in delivering (when needed) to resident apartments
Answering phones, putting in work orders, assisting residents, helping other departments as necessary.
Proficiency in computers skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be able to calculate and make change
Prepares outgoing mail/packages, receives incoming mail/packages
