Front Desk Receptionist

Part-time receptionist needed for busy Vandergrift law firm. Strong telephone and personal skills necessary as position requires significant contact with the public. Microsoft Word experience required. Duties require use of office equipment including a multi-line telephone system, copier and fax machine and the ability to learn and operate new software. Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. Position is available immediately. Candidates must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug test, pre-employment credit and criminal background checks for themselves and adult members of their household. Successful applicant will handle all receptionist and assigned reasonable assistant duties. Pleasant demeanor and professional appearance required.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
