Front Desk Receptionist

Phycinity is a busy Pediatric medical practice in Raleigh and Cameron, NC. Our mission is to improve the health of our community by providing high quality, comprehensive medical care in a welcoming and compassionate environment. We are fast-paced and looking for a team player that has great energy to serve our patients.

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to help check patients in and schedule appointments. You should be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Check-In Patients including verifying Insurance and all demographic information
• Call patients to schedule appointments and answer phones
• Collect patient payments during the visit
• Fax / Scan / Print Paperwork
