Title Clerk

Overview Enterprise Mobility has an opening for Full Time License and Title Clerk at our Group Headquarters in Chandler, AZ (4100 W. Galveston)! This non-customer facing position will support our Remarketing department who is responsible for the buying and reselling of our vehicles. The License & Title Clerk provides support for the Enterprise/National/Alamo car rental brands with responsibility for administrative processing of license and title paperwork for initial registrations, renewals and other items relating to the licensing and titling of vehicles.  The ideal candidate is a professional and self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.    This is a full time position that start at $39,520 annually based on a 40-hour work week with opportunities for overtime as needed. We also offer:Paid time offEmployee discounts401k and Profit Sharing Retirement planHealth InsuranceLife InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceHSAs Job location is 4100 W. Galveston St., Suite 1, Chandler AZ 85226     Responsibilities Management of registration plates, decals and titles for vehicles from various statesKeying new registration informationAssigning titles, ensuring compliance of procedures and accurate documentationApplying for duplicate titles or replacement license plates as neededForwarding titles to various departments or teams as neededSupporting the team with title issuesWorking with local tax offices/dealerships to ensure complianceCustomer Service and Telephone handlingVarious administrative duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must have a High School Diploma or GEDMust be at least 18 years old.Must have 6 months of experience in an administrative role.Must have prior License and Title experienceMust have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI).Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.PC knowledge with experience in Office 365, Word, & Excel required.
