QUALIFICATIONS:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
- Maintain records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate flow and ensure timely check-ins and check-outs
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
- Assist with project coordination and provide support to the office manager
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred-
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $27,724.94 - $31,206.38 per year
